Thick as Thieves: Chapter Four
Fandom: The Dark Knight
Title: Thick as Thieves
Rating: PG-13
Words: 3950
Character/Pairing: Harley, Ivy, Batsy, Mr. J
Summary: So, just what is the Joker up to? And what’s Batman going to do about it?
Notes: Lots of the boys in this chapter, not so much Red or Harley. Sorry! :( But it is a story about them, too. When everything comes together, you’ll see what I mean… Also, Joker and Batman do terribly not-nice things to one another. To warn you.
Disclaimer: The characters and world of Batman belong to DC Comics, the WB, Christopher Nolan, writers, producers, artists and publishers. I am not in that list.

And the power plant! Mustn’t forget. Much as the Joker detested that snot’s lack of style, his presumption, his theft of a trademarked name, he owed his thanks to the man –whoever he was –who’d decimated the building. After that ballyhoo, Gotham would forget the Christmas robbery at Dini Digital Watches and the toys that had disappeared from their boutiques. Forgetting would keep them from adding two and two until it was too late. Moreover, who would suspect death of lurking in a UPS truck?
